Meet Our Trainer

Joseph Butler founded this unique basketball training program as a way to help the next generation build character, strengthen decision-making, and develop leadership skills. Since 2006, Joseph has trained players ages 8 and up, from beginners to professionals. His training focuses on basketball skills, confidence, mental toughness, physical conditioning, and leadership, helping athletes grow on the court and beyond.

Basketball was an integral part of Joseph’s life. Since elementary school, it helped shape his growth both on and off the court. Despite a modest high school basketball career, he earned a scholarship to play at the NCAA Division I level. Following an off-court setback, Joseph completed his final two collegiate seasons at Saint Vincent College in 2009.  During his transition between colleges, Joseph met basketball trainer Coach Keith Williams, whose emphasis on confidence, preparation, and purposeful play inspired Joseph to become a trainer himself.
